I’m a Sr. Support Expert based in Chicago, IL with more than 20 years of experience in deployment and management of various technological systems Sr. Support Expert – Oversee knowledge progression for the entire vitaltech support team; Review, monitor, configure, and/or improve vitaltech centralized services; Plan and execute all client related projects. This includes research and development on a new product for a client; Act as a primary point of escalation for the entire vitaltech support team Information Technology Specialist III – Act as primary support team representative for intake of user assistance requests. Interface with users via telephone or in person to identify, research, and diagnose problems. Implement appropriate steps to resolve issues or engage other internal/external technical staff to assist, as needed. Litigation Support Professional – Develop technical solutions to assist in the attorney review process and the production of relevant data to opposing counsel. Work directly with legal teams and outside vendors to ensure all solutions meet attorney expectations and are completed in a confidential and time sensitive manner. IT/Systems Engineer – Act as IS team representative for intake of user assistance requests. Interface with users via telephone or in person to identify, research, and diagnose problems. Implement appropriate steps to resolve issues or engage other internal/external technical staff to assist, as needed.
